‘Senior Showcase’ set for Thursday at RFA

Rome Free Academy seniors in the fine arts department will present a “Senior Showcase” evening of music and art featuring their talents, on Thursday at 7 p.m. in the RFA auditorium.

Admission is free.

The first-time event will be “completely run by students,” including Alexander Guiliano as the student director, according to the school district.

Students will perform musical works in various styles, and art students will be presenting their original work in the main lobby. The majority of the students participating will be continuing their music and/or art studies at the collegiate level, the district added. Among participants noted by the district:

• Music — Alexander Guiliano, Moriah Humiston, Rebecca Matte, Kenny Millson, Kathleen Isherwood, Andrew Abreu, and Madelynn Maiolo.

• Art — Bella Cicci, Emily Hallenbeck, Isabella Madeira, Marian Draper, Alexis Fragapane, and Alysha Kunkle.
