Subscriptions
Active print subscribers can access the Digital Edition, too!
Inactive print subscribers can resubscribe to either the print edition or the Digital Edition, too!
Your subscriber number to register a username is printed on your bill or available by calling the Sentinel at 315 337-4000.
Once registered, print subscribers can manage vacations, missed newspapers, moving, and complaints.
To subscribe to the Digital Edition or to register your username for your print edition:
Click on the "Click to subscribe" button above to get to the Sentinel Self Service Center page
Click on "Click to start a subscription"
Note:
Existing and past online users already have a username and password to enter [Usernames and passwords are case sensitive.]
Existing print edition subscribers can register as online users by clicking "Register Now"
How to register:
When the screen asks, "Are you already a subscriber?"
Answer "No" if you do not subscribe to the print edition of the Sentinel.
Enter your first name.
Enter your last name.
Create a unique user name -- you can't use one already in use. Remember, they are case sensitive.
Create a password at least six characters long. Confirm the password spelling.
Please write down your username and password and keep them in a safe place. Remember, usernames and passwords are case sensitive.
Enter an email address we can use to contact you if you forget your password. Confirm the email address.
Click the box if you would like to start a digital subscription.
Click the button "Create Account"
Answer "Yes" if you do subscribe to the print edition of the Sentinel.
Enter your circulation subscriber account number from a recent Sentinel bill or call 337-4000 to ask Customer Service for your account number to enter.
Enter your last name to match the account number for verification.
Create a unique user name -- you can't use one already in use.
Create a password at least six characters long. Confirm the password spelling.

Click the button "Create Account"

Select A Publication: "Daily Sentinel" is the only option.
Enter a promotional code if you have one.
Enter the delivery address
If the delivery will be to a student at college, enter the college name as the street. Include the college City, state, and country.
Enter your phone number.
Click "Continue".

Select subscription - Choose subscription type and length:
Digital Editions offered:
Digital - 4 weeks for $10
Digital - 13 weeks for $27 or $9/month
Digital College - 39 weeks for $72 or $8/month
Available only to registered college students
Digital -52 weeks - $96 or $8/month

Print Editions offered:
Carrier - Auto renew
Enter the credit card information called for -- the information is sent to us encrypted.
Enter the billing information requested
If the billing information is the same as the delivery information, check the box to indicate that.
Otherwise, enter the name as it appears on the credit card and the address to which the card is billed.

Verify the information you have entered. Click the "Back" button to change any fields.
When the information is correct, click "Start Subscription".
Now your subscription is pending activation.
You MUST respond to the email sent to your email address before the start date or your subscription will be cancelled.
After you respond to the email ...
Congratulations! You are now a subscriber.
Digital editions are available immediately by logging in with your new username and password.
Print issues will be available on the next publishing day.
