TOWN OF FLOYD — A teenager was charged with driving drunk on Route 365 Friday night.
State police said Andrew S. Johnson, 19, of Floyd, was pulled over at 8:52 p.m. for not having a rear bumper or license plate lamps. Troopers said Johnson then registered a blood alcohol content of 0.22 percent, nearly three times the legal threshold of 0.08 percent.
Johnson is charged with driving while intoxicated, uninspected vehicle and no plate lamp, troopers stated.
He is scheduled to appear in Town Court Aug. 13.
