Hamlin to speak at Utica College

UTICA — Two-time Olympian and five-time U.S. Luge National Champion Erin Hamlin of Remsen will provide the keynote remarks at the Utica College Athletics Spirit Luncheon on Friday, Aug. 17 at the Clark Athletic Center.

All proceeds from the event will support women’s athletics at Utica College.

Hamlin’s remarks will primarily focus on creating opportunities for the next generation of women’s sports, being a role model for young women in sports, as well as the 40th anniversary of Title IX.

The luncheon, which will run between noon and 1:30 p.m. in the Clark Athletic Center Gymnasium.
