OLD FORGE — A summer art camp for youngsters and workshops from baskets to canoe paddles are slated at View, 3273 State Route 28.

The weekly Summer Art Camp for children ages 5-10 runs Monday ­ Friday, 10 a.m ­ noon. Each week will have a different theme.

Workhops are on woven bread basket and market basket, paint on pottery open studio, building a bluebird box, make a canoe paddle, Adirondack Christmas and a 2-day class with a master Adirondack Photographer Carl Heilman II.
