St. Elizabeth Medical Center has added Symeon A. Tsoupelis to its Board of Trustees. He is the owner and president of Symeon’s Greek Restaurant, Inc.
Tsoupelis is a graduate of Providence College, in Providence, Rhode Island.
He is a member of the United Way Board, Faxton St. Luke’s Foundation Board and the Masonic Medical Research Advisory Board. He is a past board member of the American Heart Association and the ARC Foundation Board.
He is the son of Symeon and the late Ann Tsoupelis. He and his wife, Shelli, reside in New Hartford. They are the parents of two children, a daughter, Sophia and a son, Symeon.
