A 24-year-old man is accused of stealing two large, flatscreen televisions from the Wal-Mart in north Utica by pushing them out the front door.
Police said Nicholas Primeau, of Leisure Place, Paris, stole two 40-inch, flatscreen televisions from the Wal-Mart on June 8. Police said Primeau loaded the TVs in his shopping cart — for a total of $896 — and then pushed the cart out of the store without paying.
Primeau was charged the next day with petty larceny, police stated. He is scheduled to appear in City Court.
