VEORNA — A Chicken barbecue will be held Saturday, June 16, starting at 4 p.m. in the Verona First Presbyterian Church, corner of Main Street and Rock Road.

Cost is $9, $4.50 ages 6-12, 5 and under eat free. Take outs will be available. The menu includes: chicken, salt potatoes, baked beans, cole slaw, Italian bread, beverage and desert. For information call 363-2728.
