A 24-year-old man is accused of choking his girlfriend during an argument at their Park Drive Manor II apartment Thursday afternoon.
Police said Kenneth G. Tennant III, of 452 Park Drive Manor II, wrapped both hands around his 28-year-old companion’s throat and choked her during a domestic dispute at 4 p.m. Thursday. In a statement to police, the victim said the argument started over Tennant’s dog.
Tennant is charged with misdemeanor strangulation, police stated. He was held in lockup overnight to await arraignment today in City Court.
