AmeriCU named one of best companies to work for by business group
AmeriCU Credit Union has been named one of the Best Companies to Work For in New York State for 2016 by a partnership of the New York State Society for Human Resource Management, The Business Council of New York, Best Companies Group, and Journal Multimedia Corp.
Created in 2007, these annual awards are a program that evaluates and ranks the best places of employment based on employee satisfaction and engagement, as well as workplace practices and policies.
To be considered for participation, all companies entered into a two-part survey which evaluated employer benefits and policies and employee engagement and satisfaction.
AmeriCU will be honored at an awards dinner at the Albany Marriott Tuesday, May 3.
During the event, AmeriCU will learn its rank among 35 companies in the category for large-sized employers with 250 or more U.S. employees.
In addition, a special publication profiling all 80 winning organizations and their unique employment perks will be produced for distribution to event attendees, higher education institutions, as well as thousands of human resources professionals and organizations across New York State.
