Hamilton galleries feature works by twelve artists

HAMILTON — An exhibit of the work of 11 past members of the Broad Street Gallery, 20 Broad St., opens Saturday, Oct. 14, with an opening reception from 4-8 p.m.  

Participating artists are Katya Bratslavsky, Robert Coppen, Kathy Donovan, Mark Larsen, Steve Nyland, Lynn Plata, Michiko Smith, Ashley Stagner, Kayla Cady Vaughn, Catharine Westlake and Vicki Whicker.

At the Hamilton Center for the Arts, 16 Broad St., the exhibit “It’s Ok Kid”, recent works of Tony Thompson, also opens at the same time.  

Refreshments will be served and the receptions are free. Music will be provided by One Old Ghost at 7 p.m. Both exhibits will be on display through Nov. 18. Gallery hours are Wednesday-Saturday, 11 a.m.-6 p.m. or by appointment.  For more information, call 315-368-4453.
